The clean, spacious lobby is brightened up by the winding light fitting over our heads and the colourful, soft armchairs.
There is also a growing shortage of specialists in the domestic labour market and competition between firms to acquire and retain the best, therefore, more emphasis is placed on who can create the better working environment for their employees and what extras they offer that the employees cannot find in any other workplace, and it no longer centres around the eternal duo of bean-bags and table football. Skanska, as one of the world's leading real estate development and constructor companies, quickly caught onto this trend, therefore, in its Budapest offices, of which Mill Park is the eights, they have implemented several visible and noticeable innovative ideas which aid their employees on a daily basis.
